This Privacy Policy identifies how  Tamperproof ID Company, Inc.  ("TPID" or "we" or "our" or "us") collects, uses, processes and shares personal information in connection with your use of bunnyfastpass.com, santasfastpass.com, santasvips.com.au, dancefastpass.com, prepaysystems.com or any of our other websites or an authorized affiliate website (collectively, the "Sites") and any other services or products and any related software applications (collectively, the "Service") offered and/or operated by TPID. The goal of this Privacy Notice is to advise you of the online privacy practices. This Privacy Notice also describes the choices you have about the information collected on these Sites and how it is used. Sites maintained by TPID subsidiaries and affiliates, although linked to the sites may have their own online privacy notices.

Why We Collect Your Personal Information?

In addition to those reasons provided in the chart above, TPID collects personal information for the following purposes:

a) to establish and responsibly maintain commercial relations with you and to provide you with ongoing service;

b) to obtain information for billing and collection;

c) to manage and develop TPID’s business and operations in order to provide its customer the highest level of satisfaction; and

d) to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Our Commitment to Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal information with security safeguards appropriately in place. The methods of protection include:

a) physical measures, for example, locked filing cabinets and restricted access to offices;

b) organizational measures, for example, security clearances and limiting personnel access on a “need to know” basis;

c) technological measures, for example, the use of passwords and encryption; and

d) investigative measures where required to safeguard the interests of TPID or its customers.

How we use your Information

TPID only uses your personal information to conduct business with you through your provided contact information. Some examples include:

a) creating and maintaining transaction records

b) processing, fulfilling, and following up on orders, appointments or reservations

c) communicating with you regarding your scheduling or ordering, including such communications by one of our approved vendors through an authorized e-mail or direct text message

d) communicating with you

e) to help prevent fraud and to protect the rights of TPID or its subsidiaries.

f) to provide you with information related to your purchase or scheduled event or experience through the Sites

g) to better understand your needs and interests, to improve our service and to personalize communications and your web experience.

Your personally identifiable information will not be rented or sold to any third party. However, TPID may share your personal information as follows:

Companies who work on our behalf: We contract with other companies to perform business support functions (for example, the contracted photographer and retailer) on our behalf, which may involve access to your personal information. We require these companies to use the information only to provide the contracted services and if those companies choose, they may market additional or future services and goods to You; they are prohibited from transferring the information to another party for resale or marketing purposes, except as needed to provide those services. Some examples of these business support functions include order fulfillment, event or experience scheduling, coupon fulfillment, customer survey execution, and information systems management. We also may make aggregate non-personal information available to select service providers or Licensees.

Co-branded and Licensee Pages: TPID may share information with Licensee companies who jointly present special offers or promotions on co-branded pages within our Sites. You will be notified of this sharing when you are asked to furnish personal data on such a page. The Licensee's use of any information you submit will be governed by the Licensee's own privacy notice, which you can review before submitting your information.

Business Transfers: TPID reserves the right to transfer your personal information in connection with the sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business or assets. If the business is sold or transferred, TPID will give you an opportunity to tell us not to transfer your personal information. In some cases, this may mean that the new organization will not be able to continue providing to you the services or products that TPID provided.

Law Enforcement: TPID may disclose personal information to third parties without your consent for any of the following reasons: to comply with any law, regulation or court order, to cooperate with Government investigations, to help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights of TPID or its subsidiaries.

Payment Processors: To use our Sites (such as to make reservations or appointments for events or experiences); to make payments for such reservations, appointments, or other products or services), we require credit or debit card account information. When you submit your credit or debit card account information through our Sites, we share that information with third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties) to the extent necessary to meet our contractual obligations to you, to meet our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and other misuse of our Sites, or with your consent where this is required by law. We provide your credit or debit card account information to our third-party payment service providers. TPID does not itself store your credit or debit card account information, and we do not have direct control over or responsibility for your credit or debit card account information. We use third-party payment processors that are the controllers of your credit card information. Our contracts with third parties that receive your credit or debit card account information require them to keep it secure and confidential.

With Your Consent: In all other cases, TPID will obtain your express consent before sharing your information with third parties. 

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Traffic Data: Additionally, when visitors come to our Sites, we may passively collect certain non-personally identifiable computer information, such as the type of computer operating system, the user's IP Address, the web browser being used, the frequency with which guests visit various parts of our Sites, and information regarding the Internet service provider, in order to make our Sites more interesting and useful to you and for various purposes related to our business. We or one of our contractors on our behalf may collect this non-personally identifiable information through the use of software technologies such as unique identifiers or "cookies." Cookies are small text files that we place in visitors' computer browsers to store their preferences. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. A visit to our Sites is tracked through a standard web traffic statistics program, which keeps records of traffic on the Sites, as well as numerical counts of visitors by domain, URL, search engine, keywords used, and other standard web measurements. Our server automatically collects data about your server’s Internet address when you visit us. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you’re on the Internet. When you request pages from our Sites, our servers may log your IP Address and sometimes your domain name. Your IP Address is used to help identify you and to gather demographic information about our customers as a whole, but does not include personally identifiable information. Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us (e.g., another web site or a search engine); the pages you visit on the Sites; the website you visit after the Sites; other information about the type of web browser, computer, platform, related software and settings you are using; any search terms you have entered on this web site or a referral site; and other web usage activity and data logged by our web servers. We use this information for internal system administration, to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Sites. Such information may also be used to gather demographic information, such as country of origin and Internet Service Provider. We may link this information with your Personal Information.

TPID uses tools such as cookies, unique identifiers and pixels to collect data and to deliver personalized advertising on third party websites, which is sometimes referred to as “targeted advertising” or “retargeting”. TPID utilizes tracking pixels (a “Pixel”) placed on certain pages of the website to collect relevant information from and to set a cookie on the browser of visitors to the TPID website (the “Cookie”), (ii) browser stream data of visitors to the TPID website or (iii) other information provided by a third party (the “Targeting Data”).  Such Targeting Data may include, among other things, IP address, date and time of visit to TPID’s website, specific TPID website pages visited and potential orders viewed or placed in TPID’s e-commerce shopping cart.  The Targeting Data is used to provide targeted advertisements to consumers while the consumers are on third-party websites with whom TPID or its third party affiliates have purchased advertising inventory and may be combined or matched to third party data to identify potential customers of TPID or its third party affiliates and display a targeted advertisement to such potential customers. The TPID platform uses cookies, tracking pixels and related technologies to provide our services for Advertisers. Cookies are small data files that are served by our platform and stored on your device. They enable us to identify your device when you move between different websites and applications, so that we can serve targeted advertising to you. If you do not want to receive targeted advertising, then do not use the TPID services.

 

Protection of Children’s Information

We are dedicated to safeguarding any personal information collected on the website. We ensure that our Privacy Policy and our information practices adhere to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), other applicable data privacy laws and all other applicable legislation. No personal information as defined by COPPA will be made available to the public, including other visitors or third parties, unless otherwise stated herein or approved by a parent or legal guardian. We do not permit anyone under the age of 18 to fill out forms or complete a transaction. We do not knowingly require minors to disclose personally identifiable information. Any information provided about a minor is provided directly by you in order to schedule or complete the event or experience associated with the Sites.

6. Internet or other similar network activity: Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.

Part 99)): Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

11. Inferences drawn from other personal information: Profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

1.Directly from you when you fill out any forms provided. For example, from forms you complete or products and services you purchase.

2. Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions in our products.

 

B. Use of Personal Information

We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes: (1) To fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information. If you provide your personal information to purchase a product or service, we will use that information to process your payment and schedule your event. We may also save your information to facilitate new product/service orders; (2) To provide, support, personalize, and develop our products, and services; (3) To process your requests, purchases, transactions, and payments and prevent transactional fraud; (4) To provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address our concerns and monitor and improve our responses; (5) To personalize your experience with our products and to deliver content and product and service offerings relevant to your interests, including targeted offers and ads through our licensees that you are directly engaging for the event or experience. We however do not directly use your information for any advertising; (6) To help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our website, products and services, databases and other technology assets, and business; (7) For testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our products and services; (8) To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations; (9) As described to you when collecting your personal information or as otherwise set forth in the CCPA; (10) To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Tamper Proof about our users is among the assets transferred.

We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information other than persistent identifiers for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

Access To Specific Information And Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you: The categories of personal information we collected about you; The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you; Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information; The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.

 

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.


 

We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:

Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.

Comply with a legal obligation.

We do not provide these deletion rights for B2B personal information.

 

Exercising Access, Data Portability, And Deletion Rights

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by emailing us at privacy@prepaysystems.com . Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must: (a) Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and (b) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

 

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out And Opt-In Rights

Please note, that we do not sell your personal information, other than providing those categories of information with our licensees in connection with the Sites. Those licensees may have their own additional Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. To the extent they do not have their own additional Sales Opt-out policy, you may use the following to request such an opt-out. We will provide this request that licensee, but cannot guarantee they will remove your personal information from a potential sales or advertising list. You also may designate an authorized agent to make a request to opt-out of the sale of your personal information on your behalf.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
